  • Day Job: German Mad Scientist
  • Super Powers: By shining the light from the head mirror on any event or object which is hidden or secret from the public, he can view the hidden or secret event or object through his monocle, thereby making the hidden or secret event or object public or exposed

  • Weapons: Gold Pocket Watch & Sword Cane
  • Day Job: English Lord
  • Super Powers: By reverse winding his gold pocket watch, he can slow down (but not reverse) the lapse of time and require longer periods of time for events, missions, projects, or tasks to be completed or end
  • One of Probator’s Offspring

MISS EXPENSE

  • Alias: Madame Monaco
  • Weapon: Opera Length Cigarette Holder & Razor-Sharp Diamond Ring
  • Day Job: French Baroness
  • Super Powers: By exhaling smoke from her cigarette and enveloping an event, mission, project or task, the event, mission, project or task becomes over-burdened with expense and costs, thereby grinding the event, mission, project or task to a standstill or halt
